Funeral planning can be a difficult process while grieving the loss of a loved one. But having a funeral provides those who are grieving a place to receive support, come to terms with their loss, say goodbye, and honor their loved one’s life. Being surrounded by family and friends lets everyone share stories and memories and creates a lasting support system as everyone begins their grief journey.

Burial Services

There are several burial services to choose from:

  • Immediate burial is the most economical burial service we offer. We are able to keep costs down by interring the deceased without any public service or gathering (which would otherwise involve additional employees and time).
  • Visitation allows the opportunity for family and friends to gather in a room with the deceased (in an open or closed casket) to say goodbye and comfort one another as the loss is experienced together.
  • Funeral or memorial services can be held at a funeral home, church, or other venue. This is an occasion to gather together and acknowledge, celebrate, and honor the life of a special person who has died. (Both the visitation and service can be personalized to represent the deceased's personality and passions.)
  • Graveside or committal services take place at the cemetery where everyone is present as the deceased is transferred to his or her final resting place through earth burial.

Cremation Services

We offer everything from a traditional viewing and service, with cremation to follow, to direct cremation with no services. And after the services and/or cremation, there are several options for your loved one’s final disposition:

  • Interment is the burial or entombment of the deceased's cremated remains. This can be in a family plot, memorial site, cremation niche,  urn garden, or other indoor/outdoor location.
  • Graveside cremation services are similar to traditional earth burials, as everyone is at the burial of the cremated remains to honor the deceased through meaningful tributes.
  • Scattering is sprinkling the deceased's cremated remains in a memorial garden, cemetery, over water, or another significant location. We always recommend withholding a portion of the cremated remains in the event that some might be desired at a later date when it would be potentially impossible to locate and gather up again.
  • By placing cremated remains in multiple urns, family members who live in different locations can each have their special person's final resting place close to them. Please do not hesitate to ask us to "split" the cremated remains in this manner. It is a common request, and we do it often. We can also place a small portion of cremated remains in special jewelry designed just for this purpose.

Payment Options

Oh, how we wish we could have the honor of caring for all families free of charge! Unfortunately, in order to continue to serve we must run a business. As such we must recover expenses associated with day-to-day operation and the many tasks an unseen efforts we put forth on behalf of the precious families we serve. This includes being available 24/7 to help when the need arises. There are many ways you can pay for your chosen services:

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
  • With eChecks, or ACH payments, you can transfer funds directly from your bank account to pay for funeral services.
  • If your loved one has a life insurance policy that you want to use for funeral expenses, we can save you time and stress by handling the paperwork for you.
