Today is Tomorrow

We change as we age. And if we live long enough, for many of us, maintaining our independence becomes a concern. Most of us will end up with at least one chronic health condition in need of managing. In addition, falls increase, physical activity decreases, and issues like mental health can pose a challenge. But the good news is there are actually things we can do to prevent or reduce the likelyhood of these threats to independence. This article is a quick, interesting, and hopeful read, and this whole website is worth navigating. It's nice to know we can act today in hopes of securing a better tomorrow.
